Clocks App Reviews

Good, but needs improvement

The applications is beautiful, simple and very useful. However, in spite of it be very useful to see different cities times, there isn’t any option to automatically show the time of the current location. To be more useful, the Thermometer app would be integrated in this one. The price doesn’t justify the very limited features.

Promising start!

Very polished user interface, these folks know how to design an app the Mac way! Feature-wise, you could think of some improvements (e.g. support for smaller cities) -- Im confident upcoming versions will be even better. Just speak your mind to the guys at Studio Dalton, their user support is friendly and responsive.

Stopped working

Stopped working wihtout any notice, and does not start.

Good timing

I didnt think I would use two clocks in my menubar (I guess I do now!)

Absolutely perfect!

Does everything it promises. I needed a good set of world clocks for various timezones and Clocky fits the bill perfectly, it sits right next to my clock in the menu bar and gives me all the info I need in a single click. Great application.

yes

very nice & very handy & vey easy to use excellent app which i can recommend - only one suggestion ... adding the current date to a city would be nice since crossing the dateline gives different dates in different places still ... a useful app to have at a very useful price .. thanks!! :)

Great app

Need multiple world clocks? This works! Analogue and digital readouts, re-orderable, great idea. Looks nice.

Very Handy

Ive been using multiple Clock widgets in the dashboard to do this but trying to remember which person is in which timezone can be difficult. This app does exactly what I need with a very intuitive UI. Throw in a system-wide keyboard shortcut to toggle the window for a 5th star.

Nice iOS style app

NIce iOS style app I love the option to have the full date in the status bar Would like to get an option to change the font and size also

lacks mulitple clocks

good, but would like to see support for multiple clocks on menu bar, and also maybe a flag to Indicate country. i.e [UK-FLAG] UK: 20:22 PM [CAN-FLAG] VANCOUVER: 12:22PM

Timeless treasure

Clocks is a very simple, unabtrusive app, that solves an important problem in a brilliant way. The problem for me when trying to schedule telephone/video conference meetings accross the world is not what time is it in XYZ? but waht is the best set of times in ABX, gfh, and XYZ?. There are many apps that provide times in many different time zones but Clocks is unique amongst several that I looked at by enabling the user to move a simple slider back and forth to test out best times accross many time zones. I use it all the time now!!

Beautiful & Useful

Love the ability to scroll forward to figure out future time. VERY useful for scheduling meetings across timezones

Awesome and Simple

I deal with people all over the world and need to figure out meeting times and understand when events are taking place from the perspective of cities Europe, Asia and North America and this little app does that better than anything else I have seen.

Simple but Significant

I needed a quick and organized way to find out the time in different cities, countries and continents. This is not only quick and organized, but simple and convenient as well. If all you need to know is the time, Clocks is the app for you

Way more features than I expected

Need to understand the time frequently when travelling or working with teams across the globe. This tool provides everything you expect and more, especially when trying to figure out the time for a prior or future periods across the various timezones. Simple and elegant.

Perfect for what I needed

Needed to have my local machine as UTC for server testing - but still wanted to display my local timezone on the menu bar. Clocks is perfect for this! Request to developer: Please update visuals to match El Capitan and beyond!

Not Nearly as Good as Before.

App used to work great. Now, does not show up on menu bar when running Chrome.on El Capitan. Worse, app developers can’t be bothered responding to email requests for support.

nothing extraordinary

it is too much price for -only 479 world city (i live in not at list) -cant rename or add a city not at list -settings are absolutely not present (change color style for example) it is money for nothing, because default world clock widget is better, better because the same quality for free.

Great app.
